Moha Chaturvedi is an associate counsellor at the Vancouver Therapy Collective who offers grounded, culturally responsive support for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, identity questions, and life transitions. Her work is informed by psychodynamic and relational approaches, with attention to how early experiences shape present patterns. Moha creates a thoughtful, collaborative space where clients can explore emotions with honesty and depth. She supports clients in developing insight, strengthening self-understanding, and building more intentional, values-aligned lives.
Chiharu Yanagawa is an associate counsellor at the Vancouver Therapy Collective with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. She creates a culturally responsive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Chiharu offers counselling in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, time management, and so on. Her integrative, evidence-based approach draws from ACT, DBT, EFT, CBT, narrative, and client-centred therapies, tailored to each person’s needs and values. Chiharu honours cultural and linguistic diversity in her work and helps clients build insight, resilience, and self-compassion as they work toward meaningful change.
